適合有意在沖泡技巧上加以精進的，沖泡實習班開放予曾經完成''中國茶學與品味追尋的學員。 課堂上分階段沖泡，同時過程中品飲其他學員的茶湯作品，因應主題提供所需茶葉和器物。 Open for students who have completed the tea brewing course and would like to practice brewing. In this class students will take turns to brew, and taste tea brewed by participants. All materials inclusive.
