我相信大家都聽說過espresso,也很多人都喝過它，而且現在的中國幾乎每個咖啡館都有賣espresso,義式濃縮咖啡，它的興盛約在中國的清中期，在清末傳到了中國，現今幾乎沒有人不知道它，反之中國的功夫茶，也是在清中期開始盛行，於晚清民國時期最興旺，但現在呢？幾乎快被人們所遺忘，我們國家近幾年還把它列入了非遺項目，為何西方可以讓espresso如此之興旺，我們的功夫茶幾乎被遺忘呢？
